Bemo lets you turn an old phone with iOS, Android or Windows Phone in a modern and intelligent thermostat for your home.
We bought a new phone and keep or sell the old (at best), but the company Wise Labs LLC believes that those old phones can be used to automate the home to use as a new smart thermostat with only Bemo download implementation of Android, iOS or Windows Phone, then place it on the wall along with some connections.
Applying Bemo leaves control the temperature of your home from the touch screen with a modern and intuitive interface. Wise Labs promises all sorts of functionality and advanced programming and autonomy that allows you to turn the air conditioning when you're on the way home or the like, because that is always connected to the Internet with Wi-Fi connection.
Other features would be coming in the future allowing more developers to create applications that work with Bemo, but also is allowing emergency calls to 911 and your Internet connection does not work.
Bemo is part of a Kickstarter project that seeks to raise at least $ 50,000. Wise Labs offers in this campaign Bemo for $ $ 130 limited units, which is much less than the cost of a Nest.
The company also offers the alternative of Bemo with an Android device included, all for the price of $ 250 dollars.
